✨Progress on a BIG piece! And SJ Summer Fair!

Hey there!

Today we’ve got two big things to share today. One earthly and the other out of this world!

First up: SJ Made Summer Fair!

This weekend, we’re joining up with over 350 makers and artists for SJ Made Summer Fair. Find us in our cozy fantastical space at Booth P01. We’ll have pins, mats, and our wonderful vinyl Art prints for sale! Don’t be shy!

Now the Main Event: The Celestial Dragon Big Art Piece!

The Celestial Dragonarium pins are baking happily in their place, and I simply couldn’t help finding a little something more to dig into. It all started with a casual comment looking for a big Celestial Dragon artwork to go with the campaign. And well I wasn’t planning on doing a piece. And I’m pretty busy with another project…And well it is dragons…

And so this happened.

Yeah I couldn’t do the sensible thing and make a small piece. I had to include them all!

I started small with the adorable little Morning Star Dragon. Look how smol and mighty they are!

Then Mercury’s dual dragons are doing loop-de-loops in the cosmos. Little ash twins in their orbit around the sun.

Back when I started this project, it was Mercury that kicked off the set. Revisiting the design? An absolute joy. I forgot how much detail I put into these two.

I’m going to float between planets as the muse wills, with no particular order in mind. Next week we’ll look at some color and perhaps a few more dragons!
