Studio Spotlight: My Creative Nest! 🐣🦆

Greetings and Salutation!

Today I’d like to cover some of the changes in the Dream Vale Studio! 

While the space is still new to us, it has become a bit cluttered mess and has affected my focus. So ever since Origins, I’ve been digging deep into reorganizing and finding the joy. I’m excited to show you what we’ve done with the space! My head is so clear!

The creative space is kept to two rooms. The magic is made in my art studio. As it’s in chaotic disarray, I’ll save it for next week. Today let’s focus on the office. That’s where all the fun stuff like writing this newsletter and shipping happens.

After some research, we found that we liked the Ivar bookcases offered at IKEA. These solid pine shelves hold my art books, reference materials, and equipment. These shelves are great for stocking small items like our playmats and enamel pins. They make handling inventory a flash!

My desk is used for a blend of work and play. It’s where we juggle paperwork and blow off steam on…well Steam. I keep a collection of knicknacks and my favorite action figures. And I simply cannot forget the little shipping station.

It’s a messy process, but we hope to find beauty in the chaos. I’m looking forward to getting the studio all sorted out by the next newsletter.
