Sketchbook #60 : Marker sketches and seeing eyeballs

Today let’s take an adventure through one of my first marker sketchbooks. While I've worked with markers for several years, this little book was new to me in August 2022!

This book found it’s way to me as a bonus item when I picked up my new set of Olo markers at Emerald City Comic Con. Naturally, a marker sketchbook only makes sense. Since then, Olo’s have been my go-to markers lately as they perform a neat trick! Both sides can be swapped out with any color in your arsenal to make a single marker! Super spiffy!

To the sketchbook! I like eyeball creatures. These friendly blobby buddies with lots of eyes flow into existance! For now, I simply call them eyeball creatures (Feel free to reach out if you have thoughts on names! It gets sent right to my inbox!).

My favorite set of friends was based on mushrooms from a neat book on fungi, which was a gift from my sister.

Then there is this page that I tried to fill up with noodle eyeball creatures. Weirdos. :)

The Stareater pin is one of these strange eyeball creatures.

Oh look, a couple of dragons! Had to get some of those in there.
